LLC is dedicated to providing reliable services related
to title searches and document retrieval.
The company is owned and operated by Shelly and Scott
Cole.

Shelly has been conducting court record research for eight
years in numerous Iowa courthouses. Real estate records
are sought out for the purpose of supplying data to lending
institutions. Searches are also used to verify or retrieve
legally recorded documentation. Original documents are
filed with county recorders offices after a loan closing.

Scott handles abstracting for InfoQuest, LLC along with
managing office and client relations. He researches various
types of records for the purpose of preparing and returning
reports to be used by lending institutions. Each report
includes specific information to be used in the determination
of a mortgage lien on a piece of real estate.
The infoQUEST, LLC team works in twelve Iowa counties
in North Central Iowa to assure that InfoQuest, LLC is
abstracting / retrieving the most current and accurate
